Breanna Sacco, LCPC, practices as a therapist at Relief Mental Health in Oak Brook, Illinois. Breanna earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a Master’s in counseling psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where she honed her skills in helping others navigate their mental health journeys.
Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, she finds fulfillment in teaching dance classes, specializing in contemporary movement and ballet. Engaging in arts and crafts allows her to further explore her artistic side, nurturing a well-rounded sense of creativity. Above all, she treasures moments spent with friends and family, valuing the connections and shared experiences that make life truly meaningful.
As a valuable member of the Relief clinician team, Breanna collaborates closely with our fellow providers to ensure patients have access to a range of treatment options, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), the FDA-approved psychedelic SPRAVATO® and ketamine infusions.
