Depression

Along with medication management, Relief Mental Health provides safe, medication-free options for individuals diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). If you’re not able to reach your full potential with medication, you may experience life-changing recovery through TMS or psychedelic therapy. We’re here to support you before, during, and after your treatment.

Take the depression self-assessment to see if TMS is right for you.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

Relief Mental Health is the leading TMS provider for the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Our patient advocates undergo extensive training with experts in the treatment of OCD, and all are certified in the administration of the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS).

During treatment, you’ll be supported by a team consisting of a psychiatrist, a Y-BOCS rater certified patient advocate, and an OCD clinical specialist. We’ll collaborate with your outside providers to deliver the most comprehensive plan and best outcomes.

We understand the complexities and challenges of OCD, and we’re here to bring you relief.

Smoking Addiction

Relief Mental Health offers BrainsWay Deep TMS for smoking addiction. This is the first FDA clearance in the addiction space, and we’re proud to help people overcome nicotine habits.

Using BrainsWay’s patented H4-coil, the treatment generates electromagnetic pulses that stimulate neurons in brain structures associated with addiction – specifically the bilateral insula and prefrontal cortex.

Anxious Depression

Between 60-90% of patients with depression have moderate anxiety, and 20-25% have more severe anxiety.

Anxious depression is linked to greater severity of depression symptoms, higher risk of suicide, reduced response rates to treatment, and greaater risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

We offer a treatment plan that can treat anxiety in tandem with your depression and on its own.

Other Indications

Studies show TMS can be an effective treatment for other diagnoses such as addictions, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, post-stroke rehabilitation, bipolar, autism, alzheimer’s/dementia, eating disorders, postpartum depression, and tinnitus.
