Danielle Bennett, PMHNP-BC
Danielle Bennett, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Relief Mental Health in Denver, Colorado. She provides psychiatric medication management and SPRAVATO® (esketamine) treatment for adults facing treatment-resistant depression or major depression with suicidal thoughts or actions and other diagnoses while bringing a holistic, affirming approach to every patient she sees.
Danielle brings more than 10 years of progressive healthcare experience to her practice, with a background spanning outpatient psychiatry, ketamine therapy, inpatient medicine, and integrative care. She specializes in trauma-focused care, depression, and anxiety, and has spent her career delivering affirming, culturally responsive psychiatric care to adults of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC populations.
She also provides psychiatric medication management tailored to each patient’s life and goals, whether someone is trying medication for the first time, considering a change, or looking to taper off entirely. Danielle takes a full-person approach, recommending treatments beyond medication when needed and working at whatever pace feels right for each patient.
Danielle is known for creating a nonjudgmental, solution-focused environment where patients feel safe enough to do the deeper work. She centers each patient’s lived experience, cultural background, and individual goals, and believes that lasting relief comes from addressing what’s truly at the core of a patient’s struggles, not just managing symptoms.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University, her Associate of Nursing from Arapahoe Community College, and her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
