Ashmira Rajwani, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Ashmira Rajwani, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Relief Mental Health in Denver, Colorado. She provides SPRAVATO® (esketamine) treatment for adults facing treatment-resistant depression or depression with suicidal thoughts or actions, and specializes in psychiatric medication management for adolescents (15 and older) and adults.
Ashmira treats a wide range of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and mood disorders such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, and various personality disorders. She has experience in outpatient, telehealth and residential settings, and incorporates therapy-informed care, psychoeducation and crisis intervention into her approach. She is trained in the safe administration of SPRAVATO®, following REMS protocols for monitoring and reporting to ensure treatment efficacy and patient safety.
Fluent in English and Hindi, Ashmira emphasizes communication and patient engagement while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association and the Neuroscience Education Institute. She is also a recipient of the Daisy Award for excellence in extraordinary, compassionate, and skillful care to patients.
Ashmira earned a Master of Science in nursing with a specialization in psychiatric mental health from Purdue Global, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Chamberlain University and began her career as a registered nurse before advancing into psychiatric care.
When clinically appropriate, Ashmira connects patients with additional services at Relief, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) or therapy, ensuring comprehensive care on their journey to wellness.
