Amanda Lantow, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate and highly skilled psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Relief Mental Health in Rockford, Ill. Specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, insomnia and more, Amanda is dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges that impact their mental health.

With a focus on medication management and providing SPRAVATO® for adults ages 18 and older, Amanda brings specialized insight and proficiency to her practice. She is adept at tailoring treatment plans to address the unique needs of each individual, minimizing side effects and maximizing the effectiveness of medications.

Amanda’s clinical approach is diverse, incorporating motivational interviewing and strength-based approaches, to name a few. Amanda holds a Master of Science in nursing with a psychiatric focus from Walden University in Minnesota. Her educational journey also includes a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Lewis University in Illinois, laying the foundation for her comprehensive understanding of healthcare.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Amanda’s personal interests include nature, animals, and travel. As a member of Sigma Theta Tau, she remains committed to excellence in nursing practice.
