Relief Mental Health in Red Bank, NJ

Relief Mental Health is located on the main office corridor in charming Red Bank, NJ. Our 211 Broad Street clinic is on the second floor of a repurposed, 62-year-old church within walking distance of coffeehouses, restaurants, performing arts centers, shops and galleries. The building represents the Red Bank commitment to keeping a small-town feel to Red Bank by preserving architecturally significant buildings. We are also convenient to the NJ towns of Fair Haven, Little Silver, Shrewsbury, Rumson, Eatontown, Tinton Falls, and surrounding areas.

We specialize in treating people who have tried traditional treatments for depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and other mental health diagnoses but have not found relief or achieved their treatment goals.
