Dr. Teresa Poprawski serves as Chief Medical Officer at Relief Mental Health. She is a board-certified neuropsychiatrist, quantitative electroencephalography (qEEG) diplomat, and an accomplished, executive-level medical administrator. Dr. Poprawski is passionate, caring, and dedicated to the study of brain sciences. She draws on her knowledge and experience to find the best solution for each of her patients. Dr. Poprawski specializes in the treatment of depression, OCD, and other mental health conditions. Using transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in conjunction with state-of-the-art diagnostics, psychedelic antidepressant therapy (SPRAVATO® esketamine nasal spray), and other collaborative interventions, Dr. Poprawski has a track record of outstanding results.
