Kristian Bulliner, MSW, LSW
Kristian Bulliner, MSW, LSW is a therapist at Relief Mental Health in Orland Park, Ill., and specializes in treating anxiety, depression, body image, stress and other issues.
Kristian believes you are the hero of your own story but even heroes need guides in their lives to help them with their journeys. In her therapy sessions, she helps clients discover and maximize their strengths to assist with day-to-day life. Everyone has different experiences, stories, outlooks, and beliefs; Kristian helps clients identify their goals and values to become the best version of themselves.
Kristian utilizes evidence-based treatment approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and psychodynamic therapy in order to provide clients with creative and effective ways to cope with their issues. Kristian works to help her clients find purpose in life and heal from the inside out!
Kristian received a Master’s in social work from the University of Denver in Colorado and a Bachelor’s degree in health science in athletic training from the University of Missouri. Kristian serves at her church and loves reading, cooking, and exploring the Windy City. She joined Relief in 2023.
Through her therapy work at Relief, Kristian can offer other treatment options within the Relief care continuum to clients, including medication management, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), SPRAVATO® (esketamine), and IV ketamine).
