Kristian Bulliner, LCSW

Kristian Bulliner, LCSW is a therapist at Relief Mental Health in Orland Park, Ill. Kristian provides virtual and in-person therapy to teens ages 14 and older, as well as adults. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, body image, stress, and a variety of other mental health issues. In addition to individual therapy, Kristian also provides couples therapy for adults. As a Gottman-trained therapist, she works with couples who want to make improvements in their relationship.
Kristian utilizes evidence-based treatment approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and psychodynamic therapy in order to provide clients with creative and effective ways to cope with their challenges. Kristian works to help her clients find purpose in life and heal from the inside out.
Kristian earned a Master’s in social work from the University of Denver in Colorado and a Bachelor’s degree in health science in athletic training from the University of Missouri.
Through her therapy work at Relief, Kristian can offer other treatment options within the Relief care continuum to clients, including medication management, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), SPRAVATO® (esketamine), and IV ketamine.
