Dominique McIntosh, LAC

Dominique McIntosh, MA, LAC, is a therapist at Relief Mental Health in Red Bank, New Jersey. Dominique provides virtual and in-person therapy. Her expertise lies in helping adolescents ages 16 and older and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD.
Dominique understands that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of healing and she is dedicated to providing a welcoming and collaborative therapeutic environment. Once this foundation is established, she concentrates on supporting emotional well-being, fostering insights, and guiding individuals toward solutions that empower them to reach their goals. With training in various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches, she tailors her methods to suit each individual’s unique personality and needs.
Dominique earned a Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Montclair State University. She is a member of the American Counseling Association.
As an integral part of the Relief clinician team, Dominique collaborates closely with other providers in Red Bank to ensure that patients have access to all of our service offerings if needed, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) or SPRAVATO® (esketamine).
