Breanna Sacco, LCPC, is a therapist at Relief Mental Health in Oak Brook, Illinois.   Breanna provides virtual and in-person therapy to adults ages 18-45 years old. She possesses a wealth of expertise in working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harming behaviors, self-esteem, stress management, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD, codependency, coping skills, and co-occurring disorders.

Breanna’s therapeutic toolkit encompasses a range of evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), attachment-based Therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT) , internal family systems therapy (IFS), narrative therapy, and person-centered care. Her versatility allows her to adapt her approach to suit each patient’s unique journey to healing. Breanna places a high value on empathy and authenticity, and strives to create an open, non-judgmental therapeutic environment where patients can feel heard and supported.

Breanna earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a Master’s in counseling psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. 

As a valuable member of the Relief clinician team, Breanna collaborates closely with our fellow providers to ensure patients have access to a range of treatment options, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), the FDA-approved psychedelic SPRAVATO® and ketamine infusions.
