Melanie DeNardo, APN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Relief Mental Health in Red Bank, NJ. She treats patients 18+ addressing a wide range of mental health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, OCD, chronic impulsivity, postpartum challenges, sleep disorders, stress, dissociative disorders, impulse control and mood disorders.

She specializes in diagnosing and treating OCD specifically, approaching each patient with an open mind and developing personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

Her priority is to ensure patients feel heard, supported, and comfortable. Melanie is dedicated to guiding each individual toward healing and fostering lasting growth. She thrives on the complexities of diverse diagnoses and is committed to empowering patients through education, support and personalized care.

Melanie earned a Master of Science in nursing from Walden University in Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Georgian Court University in New Jersey.

In her role, Melanie ensures that patients can benefit from the complete spectrum of services at Relief Mental Health, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and therapy, alongside her traditional and advanced treatment offerings.
