Stacy Gronek, LCPC, CADC

Stacy Gronek, LCPC, CADC - Clinical Director - Relief Mental Health

CLINICAL DIRECTOR – IL, NJ and WI

Stacy believes in developing a collaborative therapeutic relationship with patients. Dedicating time and patience to understand an individual’s strengths and goals is essential in creating a treatment plan and charting the course for working together. Using a variety of research-backed interventions, Stacy helps patients and staff navigate through treatment to find the lives they deserve.

As a licensed clinical professional counselor, she utilizes a patient-specific combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including mindfulness and exposure-based interventions to help people overcome the fears and anxieties that have held them back from living their fullest life.  Stacy supports our clinical and TMS staff by advising, collaborating, and creating protocols for our most complex patients.

Prior to joining Relief, Stacy has provided care in community mental health, private practice, in a hospital setting, and most recently in private practice taking on complex OCD and anxiety patients. Stacy is a member of the International OCD Foundation and the Anxiety and Depression Association of America.
